After yoga and chai, we all headed to a secluded beach about 30minutes away. David, Jess's friend who spends a few months a year here, helped to build a small eco-resort on this beach and he assured us that it was paradise. Well, he didn't let us down!! It was just our crew on the beautiful beach: Trent and his wife Teagan, Jess and Mabon and Mabons father Ed, as well as another Tribe-student James, and myself. Thankfully David called ahead hours early and the little hut prepared a local thali for us. We sunned and chatted and crawled through caves and did yoga. So blessed.
