Hugs.

Last night I was told that if hugging were an Olympic event, then I would win the Gold Medal. Yeeew, love it. Best.Compliment.Ever.

Research shows that hugs will make you healthier, younger, thinner, more relaxed, live longer, fight depression and make you age slower."
