Salt and Vinegar...Brussel Sprouts!

...and you thought that I was going to say Salt and Vinegar CHIPS! HA!

So - brussel sprouts. Somewhere along the line, these yummy lil baby cabbages got a bad rep, and I'm here to set the record straight. Brussel sprouts are delicious, nutritious, and super easy to make (and super satisfying!).

Step one: Rinse them

Step two: DO NOT cut off the stems (or else when you cook them they'll fall apart)

Step three: Steam in an inch or so of water for about 5 minutes, until tender

Step four: Slice in half, toss into a skillet with butter. Sautee for about 5-8minutes.

Step five: Hit em with a bit of pepper, and lots of kosher salt or coarse sea salt.

Step six: RED WINE VINEGAR. Pour it on.

Step seven: ENJOY.
