BEACH YOGA BEACH YOGA

Just a reminder to everyone that my beach yoga schedule is BACK in action!! I'm still hobbling a bit in my knee brace, but after the success of this mornings class I can confidently say that class is ON and better than ever! I hope to see everyone on 41st street beach in Ocean City on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays for the rest of the summer! 7-8am...$10. ;)
