Watch out: Emily Corkill has arrived from NYC for one of her beach weekends at the Callahans house. When Emmy comes its a flurry of food, cocktails, random dance moves and yard sale-ing. She is a ray of sunshine in our house, and is definitely an honorary-Callahan. We've been friends since I was 17 years old, working at Braca's Cafe in Sea Isle City as a food runner. She's mayhem ... and we love her. Just what the doctor ordered....

RECIPE for Corkills delicious summer Cocktail:
- 2 parts GIN (Hendricks)
- 1 part St. Germaine (elderflower liqueur)
- splash or two of club soda
- fresh mint
- fresh lemon juice
- muddled strawberries
